1. Product Categories & Return Eligibility

Physical Products (MasterBooks, MasterDeck, MasterSheets, MasterKit)

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not accepted for reasons of change of mind, incorrect selection by the customer, or general dissatisfaction, as these are printed and packaged specifically for dispatch.
• Replacement only is offered in case of:
  • Manufacturing or printing defects (e.g., missing pages, misprints, damaged binding)
  • Product damaged in transit
  • Wrong product delivered (different from what was ordered)
• Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with clear photos/videos of the defect or damage, and the order number.

Digital Products (eBooks)

• Once a digital product has been downloaded or accessed, it is generally non-refundable.
• A refund request may be raised within 24 hours of purchase, only in cases where:
  • The file is corrupted, defective, or inaccessible
  • The wrong file/product was delivered
• Refunds for digital products after this window, or once successfully accessed without issue, are at The Master Edition's sole discretion.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

• COD orders that are refused at the time of delivery are treated as cancelled orders, not returns. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in the COD option being restricted for future orders on Your account.

4. Refund Method

• Approved refunds for digital products are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout. The time for the refund to reflect in Your account depends on Your bank or payment provider's policies.
• For COD orders where a refund is applicable (e.g., a defective physical product paid via COD), the refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI to details provided by You, as We do not hold Your original payment method on file for COD transactions.
• Any transaction fees or charges imposed by payment gateways, banks, or courier partners (for return shipping, if applicable) are non-refundable.
